I ordered from Malin + Goetz and ended up returning one item because it just wasn’t really my thing. Nothing was wrong with it, it just didn’t work out for me.
The return process was fairly straightforward, but I did have to read through the instructions a couple of times and be a little careful with the timing. It wasn’t super difficult, just not totally effortless either.
The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than I expected. Customer service was alright and they did reply, just not very fast. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could be a bit smoother

I’ve been curious about Malin+Goetz for a while, even though I’m usually loyal to my go-to fragrance brand. I tried a few of their scents they’re nice—some have that clean, slightly unique vibe I really like. But a couple were a little too sharp on me, and the scent didn’t stick around as long as I hoped. For the price, I was expecting a bit more. I don’t regret trying them, but I’m not sure they’ve convinced me to switch.

I figured this would be decent for the price, and it pretty much confirmed what I expected. It lasts a good while, so the cost feels fair to me.

I’ve been using the Malin+Goetz face cleanser and moisturizer, and they’ve been solid for me. The cleanser doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight or dried out, which happens to me a lot with other ones, and the moisturizer is lightweight but still feels like it’s actually doing something.
I did reach out to support with a quick question and they were nice enough, basically saying something like “a little goes a long way” with these products. I get that, and they do work well, but the price still feels a bit high for the size. My skin has been calmer since I started using them though, so I’d still say it’s a good buy if it fits your budget.

I tried this hoping it would be okay for my face, but it made my skin red and itchy quickly. I had to wash it off soon after applying it.

I expected this to wear out sooner, but it’s still holding up after maybe 3 or 4 months of use. Happy with how long it’s lasted so far

I swear, every time I hop on to place an order, the stuff I usually buy is out of stock. It’s kind of frustrating because there’s never any clear update on when it’ll be back either. Like, I’m just trying to buy my regular items, not solve a mystery. Anyway, it’s really annoying and makes me hesitate to check back...

I picked up this moisturizer because I started noticing the same pattern every time I washed my face: tight skin, dry patches around my nose, and then that uncomfortable flaky feeling by midday. After a few days of using it, my skin felt a lot more hydrated without getting greasy, which is usually my biggest issue with moisturizers. The dry spots around my nose have calmed down too. So far it’s been really consistent, and I’m happy with it. I’ll definitely grab another one when this runs out.

The delivery ended up coming later than expected (which was a bit annoying), but it did show up in the end, so I can’t complain too much.

I thought the site looked nice overall, and I was able to find what I needed without too much trouble. That said, the browsing felt a bit clunky to me at times, like pages were taking a little longer than they should. The filters worked fine, but I wouldn’t say they made shopping super easy. Checkout also took me a minute to figure out, which surprised me a bit. It’s not a bad experience, just feels like a site like this should be a little more polished.

I wasn’t happy with this. The texture felt really thick and sticky on my skin, and instead of sinking in, it just kind of sat on my face. Even after waiting a while, my skin felt greasy rather than hydrated. I tried using a smaller amount too, but it didn’t make much of a difference. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot better, so I’m disappointed and would appreciate a refund or some kind of compensation.

I’ve ordered from here twice now, and to be fair, both orders did show up. The site itself was easy enough to use, so I wouldn’t call it a scam or anything like that. My main issue was the communication, the updates were kind of confusing, and while support did respond, their answers weren’t always very clear. I’d maybe order something small again, but I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable placing a bigger order yet.

The products themselves are fine, but I kept noticing the same packaging issues over time. They look really clean and nice sitting on the shelf, but once you actually use them for a while, the bottles get hard to squeeze when they’re running low and the labels start looking messy quickly in the bathroom. For the price, I expected the design to be a little more practical and thought through. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely not the most user-friendly.

I can’t say the ingredients aren’t good, because some of the formulas do feel really clean and nice on my skin. That said, a few of them have fragrance and other stuff my skin doesn’t always get along with. It’s not bad by any means, just a little hit or miss for the price. I guess I was expecting it to be a bit better.

I ordered from malinandgoetz.com thinking it’d show up quickly, like within a few days or so, but yeah… it took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely moved, so I kept having to check it myself and wonder what was going on. By the time the package finally arrived, I was already kind of over it and didn’t even really need the item anymore. Just not the best first order experience, honestly...

Yeah, this just wasn’t for me. Soon after I put it on, my face got really red and itchy, and I had to wash it off. My skin basically freaked out.
